Plain terms for a plain tool.

- 1
The service
qa.pro runs its engine against websites you own or are authorised to test. You are responsible for that authorisation.
Testing a site you have no right to test, or in a way that harms it, ends the account.
- 2
Your data
It stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as the privacy page describes.
- 3
Plans and payment
Plans bill monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled any time; the period already paid runs out. Today a plan is switched on by mail.
No refunds for partial periods. Prices are on the pricing page and change with 30 days' notice.
- 4
Fair use
Each plan is sized for every site, every night, on the devices it includes, plus a few reports you ask for. Runs are metered as site-runs (one site, one device, one full pass) within the plan.
- 5
Availability and liability
We aim for the service to be up and tell you when it is not. It is provided as is; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
A tester can miss a bug. It does not replace your own judgement.
- 6
The software
The engine and the control plane are proprietary and run only on our machines; these terms grant the right to use the service, not to copy, inspect or run the software, and the source is not disclosed. What it produces for you is yours.
